Long Drop Black and Gold Splash Earrings by Messy Brunette

Maura is a Tipperary based designer & maker established in 2013. Maura's jewellery is laser cut from FSC certified European plywood & each piece she then hand paints & assembled.  She uses eco friendly materials where possible, from the resin to the glitter to the packaging, to play our part in keeping the environment in good order. Her pieces are bright and colourful, like little pieces of wearable art & hopefully something to make you smile! She uses a combination of modern techniques, like UV printing and old traditional craft methods like decoupage in the pieces.

You have the classic combination of black and gold in these stunning long drop earrings. Earrings are made from birch wood and individually hand-painted, the subtle shimmer of gold paint beautifully contrasts against the black background. Enhanced with mirrored gold crinkle effect acrylics and paired with solid black studs, these earrings make a statement !

A layer of eco resin gives them a lovely mirror-like shine, and complementary acrylics add the finishing touch.

• Dimensions: approx. 52mm drop 
• Studs are solid black acrylic and 15mm in diameter 
• Posts are stainless steel, so good for sensitive ears
• As is the nature of this design, all earrings will be different towards what shown, the splash/marble effect will be different on each earring, just making them unique to you!
